JOB SPECIFICATION
Reports to: Head of Engineering
Contract: Full time – 40 hours per week
Based: Glasgow
Salary: 22,000 – 25,000K

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an organised, self-motivated Fleet & Logistics Coordinator with well-developed interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage your tasks to deliver a high-quality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the company’s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Purchase Order Spreadsheet Completion
· Business KPI’s (Logs Only)
· Business Software
· Initial contact on all ordering across the business
· Chasing quotes (generators/bespoke requirements etc)
· All transportation bookings (Hiab, Short term hire bookings)
· Clothing log upkeep
· RMA log upkeep
· Stock control of all kit in the controlled designated area
· Control decommissioned (tested) equipment back into stock. Cleaned, boxed and labelled.
· Stock- Quotes/Emails/Ordering & Southern Support
· All aspects of the building Maintenance and upkeep
· Provide support for Vehicle Management
