This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 6 hours at 23:59 BST.
The vacancy

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift: 9 day fortnight.

The role

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Associate Application Support Analyst to join our IT team.

In this role you will contribute to the ongoing assistance, support and maintenance of all applications currently in business-as-usual services within H21. Providing support, end-user training and systems troubleshooting for employees and colleagues across the business.

The successful candidate will also be actively involved in the onboarding of new services that flow through to the Applications team, including the documenting of known errors, cataloguing of workarounds and liaison with 3rd party suppliers where necessary.

What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Exposure to providing support to employees with a broad skills set, from beginner to subject matter experts
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Flexible approach to working Self-motivated and driven to strive for continual improvement
  • Resolution and results orientated
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills able to liaise at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience working on or very closely with an IT Service Desk
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • ITIL4 Foundation
