About this role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail Team as a Stylist at our brand new Fenwicks Newcastle concession. You will be an essential part of the exceptional customer experience that we pride ourselves on here at Astrid & Miyu. With the brand ever growing, this is such an exciting time to be joining our Retail Team, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, share knowledge and sparkle!
Responsibilities:
People
- Greeting and assisting customers, giving advice and guidance.
- Creating a loyal customer base.
Sales
- Selling Astrid & Miyu product.
- Keeping track and recording KPI’s.
- Bringing ideas and effort to achieve store targets.
- Keeping up to date with promotions.
Service
- Sorting deliveries, updating stock levels.
- Responsible for security and safety within the store, reporting anything concerning to the manager.
- Keeping store tidy and clean at all times.
- Occasionally supporting A&M team in the head office, or other stores or popups.
Operations
- Make sales efficient by proper understanding of the product and services.
- Being responsible for cash and card payments, as well as dealing with customers’ returns.
- Supporting the Store Manager with filling out reports.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and hard working.
- Passionate about the Astrid & Miyu brand.
- A team player.
- Excellent in customer service.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage.
- Able to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Flexible and confident.
