£26,000 with OTE £35,000
This role offers an amazing bonus scheme with the minimum being £375 a month along with over time being paid at time and a half and double time.

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Powder Coater to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Milton Keynes as part of the Paint department.
Our client is a large Scale Manufacturing firm based in Milton Keynes specialising in Mechanical equipment. The Business have a great reputation for the products they offer and the career progression opportunities they offer
Principle Responsibilities for the Powder Coater:
· Prepping and Powder Coating Machinery and steel work
· Quality checking work
· Working to continuously improve standards as well as attending further training
· Maintaining high quality standards
This is a full time permanent Powder Coater position, Working Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm but also offering shift work (higher salary) offering an annual salary of £26,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, over time, monthly bonuses and free car parking.
