Beacon Hill Academy- Teaching Assistant Vacancies
Main Site – Erriff Drive, South Ockendon RM15 5AY
& Post 16 – Buxton Road, Grays, Essex RM16 2YJ
The successful candidates must be able to work at either location.
Beacon Hill Academy is a school for students. aged 3 – 19 years with a range of physical, neurological and learning difficulties.
Band B; currently £12.87 per hour
Position start date: Tuesday 29th August 2023
Hours: 8.45 am until 3.30 pm, 5 days per week, term time plus inset days
JOB PURPOSE
To enable pupils access to learning by supervising and assisting pupils (one to one and in small groups) across a wide range of activities and supported learning activities. To promote the development of the physical and mental wellbeing of pupils with a range of complex needs.
