Executive Assistant to the Corporate Director of Children’s Services, BCP Council
Grade F: Salary range £24,496 to £26,845

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Executive Team as the PA/Executive Assistant to the Corporate Director for Children’s Services at BCP Council. This is a permanent full-time position based at the BCP Civic Centre, with regular home-working available.
You must have recent experience of working for a senior manager in a similar role and be highly motivated and proactive. The role will include complex diary management, forward planning of meetings and minute-taking and you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and strong ambassadorial and inter-personal skills, including the ability to be customer focused and politically aware when dealing with Elected Members and external organisations and Partners.
You will have a proactive approach, work well under pressure and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be required to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate the capacity to cope with a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.
