Manage a caseload of complaints

Conduct a fair and thorough investigation into each complaint

Resolve each case by coming to a fair and balanced decision

Deliver exceptional customer service and explain decisions clearly, in writing and over the phone

Show understanding of complex complaints and the ability to think critically about what's happened to let people know where they stand
You do not need experience within financial services to be successful in this role, however this is desirable.
Location: Canary Wharf, London. Very flexible hybrid working scheme, only 2 days in the office per week required.
Hours: We have both full time (35 hours per week) and part time (28 hours per week) roles available. You will have the flexibility to agree a working pattern with your manager, covering the 'core part' of the day - such as 9am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm.
