Applications Support Assistant
Grade Band C - £22,361 to £23,612
37 hours per week
This post provides an opportunity for you to play a key role in working within a flexible, resilient, and skilled team delivering a shared ICT service to meet the changing needs across Eastbourne Borough and Lewes District Councils. This role can be carried out remotely working from home with occasional onsite visits for team meetings, HR meetings and collection of ICT equipment.
Business applications are critical to the day-to-day running of all council services. The Applications Support Assistant will support multiple systems under the supervision and guidance of Business Applications Officers and Team Leaders.
The successful candidate will have experience of using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and have proficiency in using business applications. As well as good communication and customer service skills, you will have the ability to deliver to agreed standards and prioritise and manage your workload. The successful candidates will learn to deliver a range of technical assistance and interventions.
