We are seeking Security Officers for a construction site in the Leeds area on a part time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a valid front line SIA licence, a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills and will maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by patrolling and monitoring the site.
Candidates will be working on a major construction project controlling access and egress to compounds on day and night shifts.
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to the building at all times.
· Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested.
· Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
· Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
· Access / Egress control.
· Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
· General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
· Provide a high standard of customer service.
· Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
· Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
Candidate Requirements:
· Valid frontline SIA Licence.
· Must be able to commute to locations in city centre.
· Good verbal and written communication.
· Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Reliability.
