Sunderland Home Care Associates 20/20 Ltd is an award-winning employee-owned company with the ethos ‘People Before Profit’. We began in 1994 with a team of 20 people providing support, we now employ nearly 400 staff.
We are looking for staff to work at our extra care scheme in Houghton Le Spring.

- Full or part time hours available, flexibility is a must to cover days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public bank holidays according to the needs of the residents.

The Role:
- Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and to respect their privacy and confidentiality
- Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients
- Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you
- Assist with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks
- Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client
- Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management and adhere to GDPR.
- Attend any training courses that are required
