We are delighted to present this rare opportunity to join our Core Team in this key role as Chief Operations Officer. We are looking for someone to deliver strategic business leadership to Red Kite Learning Trust, leading and contributing to all areas of our Trust Strategic Development Plan. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we enter into a new period of growth for our Trust, where you will be instrumental in managing change and able to apply your strategic thinking and business acumen skills. Working closely with our CEO and other members of the Core team, this is a great opportunity to lead and shape the future of our Trust.

- ANALYTICAL by nature with proven skills and experience in analysing data, developing strategic plans, setting targets and monitoring/evaluating progress to lead development, improvement and compliance
- RESOURCEFUL and creative, able to solve problems using critical thinking, make strategic decisions with confidence and influence senior people
- SKILLED in project and change management with experience in managing significant budgets
- DRIVEN to work in a values focussed organisation where respect, integrity and collaboration is at the centre of everything we do
- A LEADER, naturally skilled in the management of people and able to co-ordinate teams through an effective and collaborative approach.
