We are recruiting to 2 Financial Accountant posts within our Corporate Chief Accountant’s Team supporting the key financial accounting, control and reporting responsibilities to help meet our statutory and regulatory duties (including year end Accounts Closing, Balance Sheet management, control account reconciliations, management and control of grant income).

It is desirable that the successful candidates have a CCAB or CIMA qualification or are at the final stage and have experience in Local Government Finance and essential knowledge and understanding of financial management and financial regulatory frameworks in accountancy within the public sector.
