Ashley & Newey are a leading wholesaler in the coach tourism industry, providing holidays to coach operators across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Reservations Administrator to join our busy and professional team based in Darlington.
As Reservations Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact with our clients to primarily administer their bookings, track deadlines and deal with client requests. You’ll also assist with other departments to increase your understanding of our business and progress within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Track key deadlines to ensure timely confirmation or cancellation of bookings
- Negotiate deadlines in-line with client needs
- Collate sales updates for use across our team
- Deal with incoming requests via email/phone
- Log client requests and action appropriately
- Monitor sales and flag to management where likely to cancel
- Cancel bookings with our suppliers
- Maintaining day-to-day supplier relations
- Administer diary system and keep up-to-date
- Update contract information
- Ad hoc tasks to support our team
Salary: £24,310 per annum
Reports to: Business Manager
Location: Darlington
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
