The Education & Youth Portfolio is seeking to recruit an experienced and resilient practitioner to work as part of the School Improvement team from 1st September 2023. This is a full time, permanent post to support the development of digital learning across our primary, secondary, and special schools in Flintshire.
The post holder will work independently reporting directly to the Primary Learning Adviser.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic person who has a track record of improving standards for learners and adults in their digital education. The successful applicant will join the Local
Authority team and use their expertise to support schools right across the county as well as personnel in the education portfolio.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent inter-personal skills and be confident in giving advice and hands-on support across the school workforce. They will also have the unique opportunity of working with all stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy for digital learning in Flintshire.
As this post will result in you having substantial contact with children, and/or vulnerable adults the successful applicant will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Services check.
