RJS Recruitment is supporting a leading Global Logistic Agent who are experiencing massive growth. Due to high demand, the Felixstowe based business requires an experienced Commercial Coordinator to support the Commercial Manager in all areas of sales and Marketing within the department. The ideal candidate will have the below job experience and be able to adapt to a fast pace environment. The role could expand rapidly which could lead to the exciting opportunity of international travel.
Key Job Specifics
· Respond to all internal & external enquiries for all traffic lanes and transport methods.
· Managing tariffs with new and existing clients & suppliers.
· Support the Commercial Manager
· Offer new ideas to support the department with sales & marketing activities.
· Confident with all social media platforms and sales tools.
Candidate Profile
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong Microsoft office skills.
· Have a keen sales mentality
· Proactive and team player
· Strong customer service background
· Some freight forwarding experience
