Manufacturing Operatives Multiple Roles Available
No experience necessary, immediate start
Location: Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2
Various Shifts available
Shift: 3 shift rotation (6am – 1.30pm/1pm – 8.30pm/8pm – 6.30am)
Shift: 2 shift rotation (6am – 1:30 pm/1pm – 8:30pm)
Shift: Nights 10pm – 6am
Basic Pay Rate start from: £13.11ph
Overtime Rates: £20.10ph - £26.80ph
gap personnel are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operators based within the multiple departments at the global manufacturing giants Howmet Aerospace located at Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2
You will be joining a company of innovators and makers. The site help make quieter, more fuel-efficient engines for airplanes and gas turbines. Their market-leading aluminium wheels help trucks save fuel and reduce maintenance while rolling in style.
The role of a Manufacturing Operator is a key position within not only the operations of the site, but also within the supply chain into both the aerospace and gas industries. The site is solely focused on 2 factors: Quality & Safety.
The site boasts superb onsite facilities such as: Subsidised hot food canteen, multiple vending machines, break-out areas, temp to perm opportunities, free carpark, additional local food amenities, additional career progression opportunities and an opportunity for overtime.
Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
All suitable candidates will complete a site interview, medical health assessment, drug & alcohol test and induction prior to starting their assignment.
