Care Plus Direct are a leading domiciliary care organisation providing care and support services for vulnerable adults across the city of Birmingham and Black country.
Job Role
We are recruiting full and part time Home Care Assistants in your area to care for people who live in their own homes on evenings and weekends. Our client base is expanding rapidly, so there are plenty of hours available. Flexible hours available weekends only , weekdays , evenings , mornings hours can be flexible and we work around your availablity.
Due to the nature of the Job drivers preferred experienced staff who do not drive also required for sit in calls , respite and supporting living.
The role will include the following tasks:
Personal Care i.e. washing, bathing, toileting etc
Meal Preparation
Medication support
General Housekeeping
Record Keeping

If you do not have previous experience in care, then you are still able to apply for this position as we provide a free extensive training program for all successful applicants.

In addition to this, you will go through a period of shadowing with an experienced carer who will ensure that you can safely deliver the care required.
We also provide FREE vocational training allowing you to gain qualifications in care whilst you work.
