I'm recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to assist with the Ledger Maintenance, Financial Control & Reporting. Hybrid role in Bracknell. Salary depends on experience. Would you be interested or know someone suitable?
Main tasks
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly and yearly production of accounting statements of the assigned entities, together with annual audit coordination, and preparation where necessary

Responsible for preparation of monthly Consulting KPI's for designated entities

Assist with the monthly reporting to the financing partners

Assist with Financial Control and Reporting Controlling duties for the entities

Assist with monthly balance sheet account reconciliations

Assist with cash planning requirements & liquidity monitoring of the entities

Maintenance, control and assistance of the entities general ledger (t/w Management Accountant)

Assist with posting/controlling of the accounts payable (t/w ops team)

Assist with posting/controlling of the accounts receivable (t/w ops team)
-
Assist with monitoring/Collections of the overdues for C44 (t/w ops team)

Interaction with the external partners (e.g. tax, finance etc.) (t/w Management Accountant)

Assistant contact person for external audits (e.g. tax, finance etc.) (t/w Management Accountant)

Assist with preparation of all declarations (e.g. Sales tax) (t/w Management Accountant)

Support of the HR, administration and sales-team in accounting related questions

Provide cover on other ledger entities as required (during holidays etc.)

Active role in improving the Connect44 processes (e.g. development of SAP, and MI)

Required competencies

Accounting qualification / part qualified / and previous relevant working experience

Fast and accurate working skills required

Person with spirit of initiative and independent working

Must be dependable and flexible

Analytical thinking in regards to everyday work is required

Must be able to handle stressful situations

Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, further languages (German, French, Spanish) is an advantage

Very good MS-Office knowledge is a must, SAP by Design knowledge is preferred
