The UCL Division of Medicine has approximately 400 staff with 130 independent investigators and is one of the largest department in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, within the School of Life and Medical Sciences. The Division brings together clinical and non-clinical scientists in an interdisciplinary environment for world-class research, teaching and patient-care. The Division located across two campuses, i.e. the Bloomsbury Campus and the Royal Free Campus (based on the site of the Royal Free Hospital).
To carry out all duties involved with the provision of a building support function as a member of the Rayne Building Support Services Group, including reception work, incoming delivieries, basic finance admin and HR admin. Reports to Lab Ops Manager/Building Manger and Divisional Manager. This post is on site only.
The post holder will be required to have understanding of customer service and excellent oral communication and personal presentation skills, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and commitment to providing a high quality service to internal and external users.
