We are looking for somebody who can navigate challenges and go the extra mile. You can choose a shift that you would like to work between the hours of 7am – 7pm, we usually ask you to commit to between 4-6 hours of your time per day, but you can do as little as just 2, however whatever you can offer, we have a working pattern that suits your lifestyle.
You will be managing a database of prospective clients, receiving inbound and outbound calls with the intention of converting these into clients. You will be target driven, have a keen eye for detail, must be empathetic an understands the passion with which we do things. Your role will include taking payments, responding to enquires, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service every time with a smile.

What to expect
Face-to-face customer service – you will be dealing with members of the public selling our services. You will always be presentable and professional and will deliver a unique customer service experience that is second to none every single time.
Taking payments – you will be expected to be comfortable taking small card/PayPal payments over the phone.
Administration – you will be responsible for the end of the shift reporting; you will be working independently and will be responsible for the accurate accounting of the days reports and sales including customer traffic. You will record sales made, which method was used to pay and how much the average customer is spending. You must be comfortable using basic software programmes like Microsoft excel and word.
You will report to the Company Director – you will be tasked with liaising directly with the Director in our weekly briefing, this is your chance to meet others and to show off what you can do to the Director. We are always looking to provide more responsibility to people within our organisation so we are always on the lookout for hot talent and new ideas.
Brand Ambassador – you are responsible for representing the Legal Question family and reputation, we carefully select our volunteers to be people we can trust, people who are reliable and committed to providing the best service each and every time.
