EXHIBITION HUB : THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our Exhibition in Belfast!!
Exhibition Hub provides Immersive Experiences to a broad audience, including families and visitors of all ages. We combine the life story of artists with an in depth immersion into their world through a 360° projection, light and music show as well as a unique virtual reality experience.
This awe-inspiring experience has thrilled visitors across the EU & UK, including York, Leicester, London, Naples, Italy, Brussels and Belgium, with opened exhibitions in Asia & America.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for friendly and approachable staff with excellent communication skills who enjoy working in a customer-focused environment and giving a unique experience to our guests. In addition, we are looking for someone creative and hard-working, and experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
The successful candidate MUST be available to work various shifts that cover days, evenings and weekends. However, as a company, we understand and value that having a good work/life balance is essential, so flexible/fixed shift patterns can be arranged to accommodate enthusiastic staff as fairly as possible.

- Confidence when dealing with customers and assisting with general enquiries

- Effective communication with ALL members of staff
Different job roles include but are not limited to:
- Box Office - Scanning tickets, welcoming customers and assisting with general enquiries.
- Virtual Reality - Assisting guests, cleaning headsets, and ensuring they are charged, calibrated and ready to use.
- Gift Shop - Scanning barcodes, working on the tills, cash handling, stock count etc.
- Sketch & Post - Ensuring there is plenty of drawing paper, crayons/pent stocked up, assisting with projecting sketches.
- Floating/General assistance - Helping with customer enquiries, covering stations, assisting fellow staff and general tidying up in the exhibition.
Full training will be provided on all roles for all staff; duties and responsibilities may evolve and adapt to business needs.
