Compliance: Uphold the accurate recording of health and safety inspections, conduct risk assessments and support the development of safe systems of work
Customer Service: You'll deliver outstanding service to our customers at Active including schools and sports clubs.
Facility Management: Oversee the day to day operations of the sports centre ensuring all areas are well maintained, clean and safe for use
Colleagues: Lead a team of Leisure Assistants (lifeguarding, swim teaching, fitness class instruction, gym instruction, pool plant operators) and Cleaners to deliver exceptional service
