Healthcare Assistant – At Home Team Stafford

Salary: £22,499 to £23,734 per annum FTE, relevant qualifications & experience required

Hours: 30 or 37.5 hours per week, (contracted hours) on a rotation basis of early, late and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Alternatively, permanent night shifts are available but some flexibility may be required.

The Hospice at Home team is part of our community services. We are a rapid response service and provide crisis support to and end of life care. Our aim is to bring a real choice to people – enabling them to be cared for in their own home and providing vital support to their carers and families.

We focus on delivering high quality care and can give the time needed to provide the best experience for our patients and their families.

A minimum of two years’ experience in a care setting and a level 2 NVQ in Care (or equivalent) is essential

Due to the nature of the role you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle with appropriate insurance. Also, please note, an enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role
