The Parsons Green Club is a sports members club located in south west London. Currently going through a refurbishment, the club will soon have a dedicated fitness centre, 6 outdoor tennis courts, bowling green, croquet lawn, 2 indoor squash courts. club house and several large private event spaces. .

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our members and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests and direct them appropriatly
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the club.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Keep track of office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Conduct show rounds when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.00 per hour
