Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cardiff’s leading estate agent for a motivated individual to work within the Operations Team and with the company’s wider senior management team to facilitate the efficient and effective organisation of the company’s marketing efforts, external communications and internal operations.
This is an interesting new role that will require the creation and execution of your own ideas, as well as a good amount of learning our business and the industry. You will need superb verbal and written communication skills, combined with a hardworking attitude. As it’s a new role, we can be fluid to your skillset, so we’ll be looking to utilise your strengths and experience, whilst also looking for you to occasionally lead the way. It’s a journey we’ll be on together, but you’ll be joining an already hugely successful business, with the opportunity to grow and rise even higher within the company.
On top of the above, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and be able to work using own initiative.
