Job Description

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Welcome and connect with every customer.

· Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.

. Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.

· Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.

· Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.

· Cleaning of all utensils, kitchen, and working tables as needed.

· Maintain quality store operations.

· Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.

· Follow standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.

· Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.

· Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.

· Contribute to store profitability.

· Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

· Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £7.00 per hour
