The National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena Nottingham are currently looking to recruit a full-time Security Officer.
Assisting in the overall safety and security of the venue as part of the wider security team, the Security Officer will utilise our systems and resources to deliver a secure venue in all operating states.
Our Security Officers will be able to take responsibility of the venue control room on shift including all monitoring logs, incident reporting and incident escalation using our CCTV, Fire, Intruder and reporting systems.
Having experience in Health & Safety our Security Officers will be able to support the security team in the monitoring of contractor and visitor access into the venue, ensuring that company, local authority and national guidelines are met.
Having worked within a similar role, ideally you will hold SIA CCTV Licence, SIA Door Supervisor Licence, an IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) and have a First Aid qualification.
Due to the nature of our venue, you will be flexible in your approach to work, with ability to work regularly during the evenings and weekends.
