At the Duke, exceptional food is the kitchen's primary ambition and we continuously strive to share this passion with our guests. This effort is made easier by working with some of the best suppliers in the country sourcing top quality British produce that helps dictate our seasonal, modern British menu.
Outside of the kitchen, having a great wine list is our passion. We have established this as a tradition in our pubs. Whether you are looking for that special vintage of Tignanello, one of Albert Bichot’s productions or just something light and quaffable by the glass, we have it. Not to forget our range of traditional cask ales, draught and bottles beers.
We are looking for an ambitious and charismatic waiter to work on the floor of this dynamic pub. You must be passionate about food, wine, service, and people.
Main Responsibilities
· Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
· WSET in wines desireable
· Previous experience of working as a waiter in a similar environment
· Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
