Job Title: Temporary Part Time Membership Administration & Finance Assistant

Roko Nottingham is based in West Bridgford and has an exceptional range and scope of facilities. Roko Nottingham is a hub of its local community being the official fitness provider for Nottingham Rugby and Nottingham Panthers IHC as well as many other local partnerships.
We are looking for a committed person with attention to detail to join the team at Roko’s premium club in Nottingham.
Your role will involve:
- Providing support to the Finance/Membership Manager
- Processing Membership Agreements and Amendments
- Responsible for Cancellation and Suspension requests
- Dealing with face to face, email and telephone enquiries regarding Customer Account queries
Key attributes are:
- Committed and reliable with attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills to deal confidently with face to face, email and telephone queries on contract and financial matters, including debt management.
- Enjoy a fast paced, demanding and rewarding environment.
- Excellent telephone and PC skills
- Organised, professional with personal integrity to deal with responsibilities in a confidential manner.
- Willing to learn other areas dependant on the clubs needs such as reception etc

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6-7 months
Salary: £10.42 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
