Bede's requires an organised and attentive individual to join our friendly team as a People Assistant at our Senior School in Upper Dicker, near Hailsham.
We are a vibrant, inclusive co-educational school covering age ranges from 3 months to 19 years.
Reporting to our HR Manager, we are looking for someone who can deliver a range of administrative duties within the People team, assisting the Director of People on a range of administrative tasks. During March - June you will focus on recruitment and compliance carrying out the compliance checks for all seasonal Summer School staff members.
The successful applicant will be able to utilise their time wisely in a methodical, orderer manner with a keen eye for detail, they will have experience of and enthusiasm for developing new systems and processes. Experience of working in a school/recruitment environment is desirable but not essential.
This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week. (8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday)
Salary: £25,000 per annum.
