Percurra Chelmsford are recruiting new Care Assistants to support our client, who lives in Chelmsford and has Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). Our client requires 24/7 care, has limited mobility and requires support with daily living activities such as cooking and domestic tasks. There is no personal care required, however, our client needs intensive monitoring, and support with pain relief and temperature regulation.
What we’re looking for in our Carer Assistants:
We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join the current care team.
Our client has a very well balanced diet, so the Carers are required to make home cooked meals with fresh ingredients, which are supplied on a daily basis.
Due to our clients hypersensitivity, Carer Assistants with a soft, calm nature is preferable.
Full training will be given to all Care Assistants, along with genuine opportunities to gain care qualifications and be surrounded by a lovely 'family-feel' team. You will be well supported in your role as a Care Assistant and have the opportunity to earn a little extra if you need to.
Weekly schedule: Our client requires 24/7 care, you will be required to work on a fixed rota, 10am - 6pm. Availability to work on Saturdays is essential.
