Why not start a rewarding new career supporting adults who have a learning disability to live life to the full? No experience necessary: we'll train you.
We are a small cluster of three individual residential care homes providing the best support to people who have a learning disability. They are aged between 24-56. Your role will be to support these fabulous individuals to achieve their goals to live as independently as possible, to maintain their family relationships and to explore new exciting opportunities.
We are only able to accept applications from female candidates at this time, due to the needs of the people we support.
Let's meet Sarah! She likes to look fashionably coordinated with attention to detail. Someone with nail painting and hair accessorising skills will definitely be her bestie. She is autistic and requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills from her staff. Sarah can't walk far, so a driving licence is essential for her to experience a full range of activities outside of her home.
You will be joining an established team who support 4 other individuals. Excellent training is provided and the use of robust PBS plans help to maintain a harmonious home.
Another nice feeling is handing over your Blue Light discount card and making savings at the checkout. This is just one of the many ways we like to reward our employees.
Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for people to do the things they really enjoy. So you must be a driver with a manual UK driving license. Don't worry! You won't be racing between appointments.
Female applicants only please.
