Office Coordinator - Battersea
We are recruiting for our Art’otel in London! A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys Art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.
What you'll be getting up to:
As a Security Office Coordinator you take pride in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience and enjoy collaborating with other departments. The role will be office based but you will need knowledge of hotel security operations and procedures.
The role as Office Coordinator will involve;
Responding to the system activations i.e., fire panel
Checking back on CCTV, key card readings etc
Checking diligence is up to dates and uploading relevant documentation.
Working with the chief engineer closely on issues and procedures
General Administration tasks
Spot check
As our Office Coordinator, you will receive:
Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year (pro-rata inclusive of bank holidays) – these increase with service!
£11.44 Per hour
Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!)
