Part-Time Estate Agent

Working Hours: Friday to Sunday (Weekends only)

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Estate Agent. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for the property industry and be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service. This role requires interacting with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. As a Part-Time Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with property-related matters and promoting our services. Punctuality and organisational skills are crucial, and access to a car and a valid driver's license are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.

· Assist clients with property-related inquiries, including property viewings and general advice.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.

2. Property Management:

· Conduct property viewings and guide clients through properties, highlighting key features and benefits.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and help them find suitable properties.

· Coordinate with property owners to schedule viewings, gather property information, and ensure accurate listings.

3. Administrative Tasks:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records using our CRM system.

· Organise and prioritise workload effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

1. Experience and Skills:

· Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the property industry, is desirable.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

2. Enthusiasm and Professionalism:

· Genuine passion for the property industry and a strong desire to help clients find their ideal homes.

· Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in a positive and knowledgeable manner.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

3. Driving Skills and Car Ownership:

· Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings and client meetings.

4. Flexibility and Availability:

· Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

5. Qualifications:

· While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a relevant certification or degree in real estate or a related field is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
