Job Description

Are you a Student Nurse in Cohort 01/21 due to qualify in January 2024?

We are a designated Major Trauma Centre providing Emergency and Elective care in: Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Stroke & Orthopaedics; alongside a designated cancer centre and the provision of: IVF, Maternity, Endocrine and Renal patient care.

Nursing at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust has developed strong links to Coventry University for the centre of Care excellence and our purpose-built Clinical Sciences Building offers a whole range of facilities to aid your education and training including a modern library with excellent IT facilities.

If you are successfully short-listed, you will be invited to attend a Recruitment Centre to sit a Trust Value’s Assessment paper.

Please Note - Upon submission and completion of your academic coursework you will be eligible to apply for your Nursing & Midwifery (NMC) pin number. Following this, you will be able to commence with us in the capacity of a Band 4 Pre-Registration nurse, until you are in receipt of your pin, at such time you will then progress to a Band 5 Nurse.
