As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will;
Oversee your team to achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas-
Train Room Attendants and House Porters in cleaning and maintenance tasks

Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly

Work to improve productivity and efficiency of your team's room cleaning

Ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard

Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved

Complete regular and accurate linen, equipment and toiletry stock checks

Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors

Check rooms and public areas
