  Oversee your team to achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
• Train Room Attendants and House Porters in cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
• Work to improve productivity and efficiency of your team's room cleaning
• Ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
• Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
• Complete regular and accurate linen, equipment and toiletry stock checks
• Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Check rooms and public areas
