An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Static Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at the ferry terminal site in Gourock, PA19 area.

Hours: On average 24 hours per week, Friday, Saturday 18.00 - 02.00 & Sunday / 16.00 - 00.00.
Pay: £11.65 per hour.
Person Specification
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A valid Door Supervisor SIA licence; or applied for / Own transport required
- A full five year checkable employment history
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to work as part of a team
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach
Responsibilities
The Security Officer will be required to:
- Provide security presence to prevent vandalism of ferry terminal building
- Provide security presence to act as a deterrent and to respond to any anti-social behaviour onboard ferry between Gourock and Dunoon
- Pre-empt and prevent any disorder onboard vessels whilst ferries are in crossing
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site
- Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site
- Complete various security documentation
- Liaise with manager effectively and efficiently
- Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom
- Supervise and control site access
- Conduct regular site patrols
- Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder
