E-Commerce Assistant/ Product listing specialist - TP European Solutions – 8.55am – 5.30pm Monday-Friday

We are looking for a dedicated and highly literate E-commerce Assistant to join our fast-growing e-commerce company.
The main aim of the role is to create high quality product listings that accurately describe our products on all our online platforms, to increase product visibility, drive site performance, sales and growth. Alongside of product listing providing excellent customer service to our clients.
This is a targeted role, so we are looking for someone who is driven and self-motivated, passionate about all things e-commerce and committed to their own self development.

The job entails:
- Creating product content to accurately describe our products to list on our e-commerce website and other selling platforms For example; Shopify, Etsy, OnBuy, Faire, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms. This includes research, optimizing content to search engine criteria, writing descriptions, creating product subject lines and uploading high quality images of the products which are provided by the design team, and setting product prices with the help of management
- Proof checking your work to ensure that it is accurate, reads well and is of a high professional standard
- Correspond with online customers via email, telephone, and other electronic messaging to address questions, complaints, cancellations, personalisation, order amendments / address updates, etc.
- Promote products through email marketing and online advertising
- Creating SKU’s and Barcodes via an excel spreadsheet and the GS1 platform
- Meeting daily KPI’s set by your manager
- Efficiently presenting data findings and developing growth strategies
- Regular sales platform reporting. Including overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, GP, Conversions, SEO and Average Order Value
- Creating content descriptions for social media posts
Required Skills for an E-commerce Assistant
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce platforms, For example; Shopify, Etsy, OnBuy, Faire, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms
- 1+ year experience in SEO and writing comprehensive product listings
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce customer service
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (CSV, Pivot Tables & V Lookup)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Social media & email marketing experience
- Ability to make confident decisions in relation to resolving customer issues
Advantageous/Desired Skills
- Experience in listing on Etsy
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills
- Google Ads & Analytics experience
- HTML Coding
- Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Facebook Blueprint
- Social media content creation
