Wanted: Gardening subcontractors
I am growing my gardening business by subcontracting work I cannot do myself.
We do all garden jobs like lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and pruning. I need an experienced knowledgeable gardener to support the growing business. If you have any horticultural qualifications it would be a great help!
Most of the work is in Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Hassocks and the surrounding area, so ideally you should live within this area.

I’m offering a flexible work schedule, picking up jobs as they come in, ideally jobs that are located close to you. You would keep all your existing clients; I would just be bringing you more work, filling in gaps you might have. I’ll take care of advertising, quotes, customer service, scheduling and billing. You would just take care of the gardening.
Just to be clear, I’m not looking to take on an employee, just trying to find a reliable subcontractor to help the business grow. You’d be responsible for all your equipment and transport.

You need to be located close to Brighton as sometimes jobs are small so not worth driving 30 minutes for.
