Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £45k Year 1!
The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is a fast-paced, exciting and rewarding sales job. Salary: £25k basic + pay rise after 6 months (£28k)
Year 1 OTE: £45 - £50k
Year 2 OTE: £60k - £70k
Year 3 OTE: £90k- £100k
Day in the life of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
· Sourcing and headhunting specialist candidates for your clients’ roles based of off briefs.
· Writing adverts and screening candidates for the needed requirements
· Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process from the initial phone call to their first few months within the role, preparing for interviews and supporting them throughout.
· Offering excellent service to both candidates and clients, being consultative throughout the process, providing detailed feedback to all parties.
· Maintaining and creating new relationships with clients
· Business development – cold calling clients.
What does the ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant look like:
· We are open to a range of profiles and are looking for a range of backgrounds to join our diverse team.
· Preferably – top 40 university, 2:1 or above
· Preferably – sales experience, B2B, estate agency etc
· Competitive, sporty backgrounds
· Bubbly, charismatic, outgoing individuals who wants to join a fun, social and young team.
