As a Bright Horizons at Home Back-Up Nanny, you’ll be part of the UK’s leading back-up childcare team, with thousands of families relying on our support.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing care for children on an ad-hoc basis - with clients requesting care either on a daily basis or for weeks at a time
- Working with children across a variety of age ranges in educational play and delivering a range of activities to support their individual development
- Supervising the children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing are paramount
- Promoting and implementing our Bright Horizons policies and procedures at all times

What we’re looking for
- Authentic childcare professionals with the ability to care for children of all ages
- Professional experience of two years or more working with children as a Nanny, Childminder, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant or similar
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Thorough understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
- Flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to work with a variety of families
