Location: London
Hours: Shifts between 7.30am–7.00pm (37.5 hours a week)
Salary: £40,000 - £49,000

We are looking for a highly skilled Reception Supervisor/Manager – Client Floor to provide a first class service for our client, a prestigious major corporate firm in the City of London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years previous experience as a Reception Supervisor/Manager of a top floor client reception ensuring that their team are providing a service of the highest standard. This is a fully office based role.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Supervising the client suite team and catering assistants
- Meeting and greeting clients/visitors, answering and directing calls as required
- Staff management, training and development
- Daily checks of all aspects of the meeting room suites/visitor offices
- Scheduling meeting rooms and conference rooms, coordination of catering and audio visual services
- Assisting staff and clients with special arrangements including transportation, restaurants, travel requirements and events
- Maintaining the Event Management System adding/removing/updating rooms and profiles
- Organising marketing events and supporting the team with administration
Ideally you will have:
- Must have corporate reception management
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on exceptional interpersonal skills
- Event management experience
