Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Brighton

The Role:

• This is a Player/Coach role which carries both an individual and team sales target
• Support the Team Manager and other Team Leaders to supervise a sales team with diverse talents and responsibilities
• Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
• Fill in for Team Manager in their absence by managing productivity and attending management meetings
• Assist with coaching and mentoring of the team and gives positive constructive feedback
• 1 -2-1 Coaching of team members (4-6 outbound sales reps)
• Supporting and motivating the team to hit key deliverables in line with the team and business needs
• Assist during training sessions

• 1+ years experience as a Player/Coach in an outbound B2B or B2C, high volume, fast paced environment
• Proven ability to develop and improve individuals
• Has strong communication skills
• Open minded and embraces change
• Able to challenge the Status Quo positively and provide alternatives
• An enjoyment and desire to hit and exceed targets
• Great organisation and time management skills which you can impart on others
• A creative and consultative mentality
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a 'can do' attitude
• A hands-on approach to change management and a lead-by-example attitude when implementing processes

• Salary of up to £38,000, OTE £70,000+
