About us
Mitchell & Dickinson is an award winning, high growth eco company which specialises in custom made, craftsmanship led insulation solutions for period and listed properties.
Our mission is to significantly reduce carbon emissions, energy consumption and cost of heating Britain’s older homes whilst preserving the elegance of our national architectural heritage. Our market is growing very fast as owners of period homes respond to the urgent need to reduce their carbon footprint and to their desire to reduce energy consumption in view of the rising cost of energy.
About you
Due to our rapid growth we need to recruit two additional sales consultants, either part or full time, to our successful head office sales team in Bideford.
The successful candidates will have knowledge and/or some experience of older properties, or a proven track record in sales, and have excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong numeracy, and be articulate, bright and results driven ,able to converse at high level and in a consultative, informative way with the owners of listed and period properties who contact us to enquire about our services.
An interest in architectural heritage and action on climate change will be an advantage.

You'll earn a salary plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses to reward your success in our eco mission.
You’ll get 33 days paid holiday a year (incl bank holidays and pro-rata with the hours you work), a company pension scheme and can be part of our health support scheme after 6 months with us.
We provide industry and product training as well as training in our preferred consultative and intelligent sales approach. There is no cold calling - our customers call us because we're experts in insulating listed and period homes- in fact we’re the only company specialising in this important field.
On target earnings in year one including salary, commission and bonuses £25000-£30000.
