365 People are recruiting on behalf of leading a client for a Warehouse Operative to join global manufacturing client in Tamworth.
This is a genuine temp to perm full time position
Shifts
· 0600 – 1400
· 1400 – 2200
· 2200 – 0600
The duties of the Warehouse Operative will be:
· Picking and packing product based on daily orders
· Ensuring that all orders are accurate
· Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
· Placing items correctly for checking
· Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
· Keeping products separated, organised and in good rotation
· Monitoring product and packaging quality frequently
· Adhering to Health and Safety policies and quality standards
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
· Handling all products with care and attention to detail
· Adhering to programs and compliance for a safe work environment
· Following company picking procedures and standard
This role is on a temporary – permanent with the potential for a permanent position for outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12-week period.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tamworth, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
