Job Description
Job Title: Butcher
Duties:
- Cut, prepare, and display meat and other meat products for sale.
- Obtain and fulfil customer orders while maintaining high levels of Customer service.
- Prepare the meat processing area and undertake cleaning post processing.
- Operate and maintain all meat processing equipment whilst adhering to health and safety regulations in place.
- Clean all equipment and workspaces at regular intervals and at the end of day.
- Manage, order, and return meat stocks efficiently to minimise wastage.
Salary: £26500 Per Annum working 37.5 hours weekly
Skill, experience, and qualifications required:
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced/apprentice trained Butcher.
- Excellent butchery and knife skills is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in operating meat processing machinery.
