We have the opportunity to recruit a Front of House Receptionist to work within our professional team based in Aldgate for a temporary period of 3 months. As a Front of House Receptionist working in one of our vibrant offices, you are at the very heart of the business - meeting and greeting clients, handling the administration work for the sales and letting teams as well as the Directors and Management Team.
You will ensure that the reception is covered at all times and carry out the below office administration tasks:
- Meet and greet visitors, showing visitors into our meeting rooms & providing them with drinks, clearing the room after the meeting has finished
- Answer all incoming calls. Direct calls appropriately and take accurate messages.
- Deal with all incoming/outgoing correspondence (post and email)
- Signing in and out keys for visits/ inspections, whilst maintaining the key cupboards and responsible for chasing them up by return
- General administrative duties, filing, typing of documents
- Ordering and managing stock of stationary
- Supporting top manager when required
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working area

What we need from you:
The ideal candidate has a Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Excellent command of English both written and oral and having a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service are a must to assist and deal with clients, majority of which are based overseas. Mandarin language is a plus.
You will need to have the Ability to work on your own and as part of a team and Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
A strong interest within the real estate industry would be advantageous.
