Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialists to join our Front Office team in an exciting period of growth. The starting salary is £22,000 with an increase to £24,402 following successful completion of probationary period.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be Guardian’s eyes and ears to our ever increasing customer base. You’ll be processing and resolving a wide range of customer enquiries and will identify and understand our customer needs while providing a consistently high-quality service to enhance the customer experience and gain loyalty.
We are looking for candidates who will put the customer at the heart of everything they do, have willingness to challenge the ‘norm’ to support our continuous improvement and demonstrate energy, commitment and a positive attitude to achieving results.
The position can be offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days from our Reading office, 2 days from home. This will be effective after successful completion of 8-week training period.
