Established in 1991 as a self-adhesive label company, Kellmatt has grown steadily over the years to provide a total print solution package to all of its clients from the initial design concept right the way through to delivery.
We're seeking a diligent, responsible experienced bookkeeper to join our team. We're looking for a person who has excellent interpersonal skills, works well under pressure and has a positive attitude.
Experience
Must be competent in Xero
Job roll
- Upload and amend data from our MIS system to be Xero compatible
- Reconcile bank statements
- Reconcile payments received
- Issue credit notes when applicable
- Credit control
- Send out statements
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Keep Xero contacts up to date
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Prepare P11D forms
- Post payroll journal
- Submit monthly Nest details
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: £24.00-£28.00 per hour
