Job Description
Hotel attendant to cover shift from 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, will include some weekends as well as bank holidays, half-term. Hotel is open everyday
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Hotel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be observant and self motivated. Being well organised and detail orientated is necessary. You should have proven customer service skills and the ability to anticipate guests needs.
The duties will involve:
- demonstrating high level of customer service at all times,
- ensuring reception desk is manned at all times
- maintaining health and safety at all times
- responding to guests queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- acting in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- assisting with other departments wherever necessary
Shifts are on the rota basis, including weekends
